I love kickboxing. The staff are amazing, well-informed and they kick. your. butt. I've always lacked the motivation that you need to get in shape, never challenging myself enough and only doing the bare-minimum. I can say that they push you and you want to push yourself, you want to get better because it is so much fun. Try at least one class and you'll see the difference! It's amazing!!
Aimee and her team are awesome! Everyone is happy and there to have fun while working really really really hard!! I have tried so many other gyms, trainers, classes but this is by far the BEST!
