I can honestly say that I now love kickboxing. Ive been battling being unconditioned/unhealthy/unhappy for far too long. I simply just did not have the motivation to push myself at the gym. I started ilovekickboxing at the vaughan location and absolutely loved it. The instructors are awesome, full of motivation and ready to have fun every class. The facility is top notch and it makes me want to go back every time!
