Every one of the staff members were very courteous and attentive. My daughter had her newborn son strapped to her chest in a wrap and many staff members stopped by to see our 6 week old grandson. The manager on duty even stopped to ask how everything was. The food and service was wonderful. The food never fails to please. We also ordered takeout recently with chicken parm meal for 4. We were able to feed 5 adults and still have some leftovers for lunch. Excellent value! Read more

I actually went to a different place first.....Smiling Fish Co. and because of such terrible customer service I decided to come to Joey's and I am so happy I did. The girl said Hi to me the min I walked in the door. I told her I was ordering for take out and she made some suggestions and took my order. I didn't have to wait that long and while waiting I was really impressed with the service they offer their patrons. When my order was ready the lady asked if I got my Christmas gift...I got a break open discount card for Jan. The food was really yummy and exactly what I was looking for. I will be returning to use my discount card in Jan and I am happy the other place didn't want my business! Read more

Went to Romby's after I heard that it had been taken over by new owners. They've really started to clean the place up, new flooring and whole new clientele.There was 4 in our group. My boyfriend and I ordered the pulled pork nachos with jalapenos and cheese and potato skins - the best skins I've EVER eaten. Our friends had the brisket sandwich and the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich which they said was awesome. Will definitely be going back for dinner again. We ended up staying a lot longer than we planned as the band was just about to set up so we stayed and had a really great night. The bartenders are excellent. Quick and friendly service. We started our visit via the internet to get a feel for the restaurant. We were curious to see the prices and any other information we could gather. We found the website to be user friendly and included day and evening menus with prices. We called to inquire about reservations and the hostess that answered was friendly and well informed. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the same hostess that answered the phone and accommodated us with the window seat that we had asked for. Walking in the atmosphere was warm and inviting with an amazing view of the Niagara Falls. Our waitress was pleasant and professional in all aspects of her job. She frequently stopped by to talk with us and ensure that our visit was a pleasant one. Her attention to us did not waiver even as the restaurant got busier. The food was fresh and exceeded all our expectations, right down to the butter. The steaks were prepared exactly the way we ordered them and the baked potato was superb. Overall this restaurant was outstanding, dinner was delicious, view was exquisite, service was amazing and we had a wonderful time.
