First of all I would like to say that I have been going to Tweed for years (15+) even before the switch over to the new vet. (Dr.Patel who has been there for 6+ years) (WHO I LIKE!) I have always found that their prices are fair and that they treat all the animals with kindness. (Which is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO ME)Dr. Patel was very nice and explained treatments to me and if I had any questions he always takes time to explain things again.THE STAFF ARE AMAZING AND SO HELPFUL! Worst storm In Jan/2019, -30degrees, high winds and snow. My horse got cut up bad in the feeder and I called Mark He came in 45 minutes from Frankford which would be a normal 1hr drive. He layed on the floor and worked on her for 2hrs stitching her up.With a lot of work she has heeled very well. I thank Mark for that good experience because before he got here I thought I would have to put her down.

Staff are friendly and efficient. Clinic is always clean and staff always present in a professional matter. Staff were more than pleased to take my calls and update me as to the status of my pets health thru out the day while he had surgery. Rates are the best I have found within a 25 km radius of Kingston. I have brought my Great Dane Duke to Bath since he came into my family, and wont take him anywhere else!

Recently we had say goodbye to our elderly dog. It was a heart crushing process. The team at HVH, accommodated our needs which is difficult due to covid restrictions.
