Bell provided the most outstanding service I have ever received from any business retailer. They are always very personable, courteous and supportive. Although they encouraged me to transfer to a less expensive plan with a subsidiary company, they still spent over an hour copying my new phone from the old for me. They patiently walked me through the transition with my new phone, knowing I was not technically skilled. I will return to Bell when this phone contract expires. So grateful to Bell! Read more
