Dr. McConnell and her staff are great. She worked her ass off for me until she found a Neurologist that wasn't sitting on their brains, if they had any. Sure there are long waits, but some of you have your phones to play with or bring a book. It's more fun to people watch. We have had disagreements, even a shouting match. She is a person just like you who probably gets different moods. I know she is supposed to keep them in check, can you? She is only human so be humane. Read more
