I arrived at my brow wax appointment 5 minutes early and was seen immediately. The wax took 3 minutes. We are finished before my real appointment time was to have started. I asked Chrissa if she could touch up my brows with the brown pencil I brought in; she said no, she didn't have time!....yet my appointment really hadn't started yet? Then she charged me $5 more than my appointment 3 weeks ago. Poor customer relations. I won't be going back.
