Extremely Rude and Not helpful in any way! I called for help on a warranty for a vacuum and gave the man my issue and he just cut me off and was rude telling me he was doubtful in it being covered under warranty. I told him I had already looked into it and the vacuum held a 5 year Limited Warranty and he just cut me off again saying doubtful. I do NOT recommend using them! The other Vacuum Specific Store in Saskatoon is FAR more helpful and friendly!
