    I've been a returning customer for almost a year now but my last experience was a tad ridiculous. I love my nails but when I was paying I was totally ignored. I said "thank you" three times to the lady helping me (im sure it was the owner) and she totally ignored me! If you're going to be in the customer service industry, you should probably pay attention to your customers...that's giving you business!!
