This is THE WORST tax place I have ever been to. Last year they screwed up on both my girlfriends taxes and my own. This year, had a specific person there recommended, left many many messages, no return phone call for over a month. Called it and got the WORST service i have ever seen. Go there at your own risk
From the word go this place has been a problem,
entering the business to have taxes done I had explained it was Subcontract and the owner says I am an employee who never paid Tax,
They would not give me a work order and written price, later I overpaid the original asking price as I was confused at their Tax return numbers and tierd.
I phoned to ask where is the GST File on my copy she replied it was done and now the number of income for the year she quoted is higher,
I had to sit through long distance on my Cellular to Canada Revenue and weeks past by as I just moved to Regina, they would not release my info over the phone.
GST was not filed and now the balance is off, I have to pay interest on payments to Canada Revenue.
I called Liberty Tax head office for Canada and nothing has become of it.
I did finally get through to this company through another Regina office and was told they would look at it, and seems to be another shuffle,
Miss filed, overpaid and more money spent, had to figure all this out on my own, and now Canada Revenue says I am in a possible AUDIT, the reason I went to this place was to avoid any AUDIT
