The physicians are great, but wait times are horrific! an 8 or 8:15 appointment are the first 2 of the day, and you still don't get seen within an hour! over 45 min in the waiting room then again you wait in the room, all to have the doc take 2 min with you.
Stop triple booking time slots! I book so I can get to work and have yet to make it on time with a first of the day appointment.

Terrible customer service. I waited an hour in the waiting room to see a doctor, then, waited another half hour in the room. And this was an hour AFTER my appointment was scheduled for. I have had nothing but problems getting prescriptions refilled and/or sent over to my pharmacy and the doctor I saw was extremely rude and judgemental about the reason I was in to see her, which was to get a higher dose for my mental health medication. Completely disgusted.
20 minutes on phone to make an appointment, drove there and walk in when she was answering my call. Dr. missed one of the prescriptions and the pharmacy faxed twice with no reply. When I stopped in the office to ask about it they wanted me to make another appointment. They are more worried about money than they are about patient care the more appointments the more money. Also appointments are always way behind
