Given this notary as a referral. My papers were sent to this notary and they never contacted me to agree on a price. Rather they decided to simply work on my project and than when I inquired on their pricing and found them almost double the price of a notary I dealt with the year before...They told me it was too late....and that I had to pay them. Be very careful when dealing with this company as an ethical company would get a verbal or written agreement on pricing before partaking a project...
