Beware - these guys are addicted to steam and heat. My $2k custom tailored suit now has blown seams. Heartbreaking.
As for shirts - have they never heard of press cloths to protect what they press? And why do they use the hottest setting? My shirts have those shiny marks that indicate overly enthusiastic pressing with too much heat and no protection.
Really a shame.
