Moksha is a great workout with lots of different sequences depending on the teacher - each class is different and can be a warm or hot room - bring a towel and lots of water - love moksha yoga studios - they are always so nice!
Moksha Yoga takes place in a room just a touch less warm than Bikram yoga, but you’ll get every bit as sweaty. The practice includes different sets of poses, and teachers are encouraged to bring uniqueness to each and every class. The studio on Saint-Laurent offers classes as early as 7 a.m. for the early morning risers looking to jumpstart their day. We suggest showing up early to most afternoon classes, as the studio tends to get crowded during the popular timeslots.
