UPS Customer Centres

I order some clothes from Turkey on the 11th. The cie dispatch the order and received to Lachine branch. They loaded to the truck on the 22nd at 9:30ish am. It sais I suppose to get my order end of the day. Till 9:30 pm I did t get the order. When I track the order it said, due to the bad weather they have to delay my order till Monday. I just don’t understand what they meant bad weather. It was very sunny 30 degree. I just couldn’t stand there lie.The ups office is 20 mon a way from my place.

package stuck at lachine center for a month now, customer service never anwser. Terrible company.

They lie about the delivery attempts! It is written when you check the tracking that I refused to pay broker fees, that they will attempt another delivery, and that I did not answer... IM STUCK AT HOME! THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! Its now been 3 days since the supposedly first attempt; and nothing! Oh and if you want to call them, call the number OUTSIDE of business hours, thats when it works, to tell you they are closed. Otherwise they dont even bother anymore, seems like they gave up.
