Awful, they promise to now come and bring whatever they have had since before Covid, and now you can never ever reach them. Very disappointed because they were amazing before the other owner was there and when she left, the partner was not reliable. So very disappointed.

Best dry cleaner in the West Island! I brought them an expensive king size luxury duvet cover and pillow shams that were tainted with stains, especially around the edges, and was thrilled with the results! I was afraid I might hav to buy a new set, but they literally came back bright white, as good as new!! Excellent customer service, friendly staff, they had my order ready in 2 days, plus Tuesdays are 20% off! Can’t get better than that ??.

This drycleaner lost my designer dress shirt. Despite many visits and calling them to follow up, after months they have not taken any action, not followed up nor offered to pay for my loss. Extremely poor customer service.
