I was redirected to Youngs Insurance Brokers on Tec. Rd E. by a friend after complaining about my existing company. From my first step in the door, I was treated with a friendly and professional attitude. The experienced brokers took all my worries and wonders out of getting the insurance I needed at a price I could afford. Couldn't be happier, wish I'd found them years earlier! Avoid this broker. Brian still owes me money and refuses to return any calls or explain himself. Highly unprofessional. I simply wish I had read other reviews here before signing on with this company.
I have been insured with Brian and his staff for over 3 years. He save me over $600 when I came to him. And when I had a claim he walked me through the process and had me go to Metro collision where they did the work. It was a very pleasant experience Nice to know people like that. Thanks Brian
