During the month of July, our family had the unfortunate experience of our basement flooding in Tecumseh. We had used other companies in the past who sold us additional pumps, but no one was able to explain why we were experiencing the excessive volume of rain water in our sump pump pit. Pannunzio Drainage came to the rescue! They were able to use their cameras to diagnose and fix an external plumbing issue that no other company was able to find. We would highly recommend them to everyone!!!
Excellent service. Marco discussed all options with me and came up with the best solution for my needs. They arrived promptly when they said they would and completed the work on time and on budget. They also cleaned up after the work they did. I would highly recommend calling them to anyone needing sewer line work or sump pump / back flow valve installation (or other services they do).

Our storm sewer was plugged so we call Shea and the receptionist Kim was very friendly. They gave us a quote to get it fixed. We called Pannunzio to get a second quote, twice, and nobody, to this day, has called us back. When we finally talked to somebody the receptionist gave us the impression we were bothering her. When I called for a repair service, a staff picked up my call and just said “hello” not mentioning the company’s name. I told her that I was looking for a repair service. She just said to me “what ??”,with her harsh tone because my English was not perfect, Then I gave the phone to my husband. When He spoke to her, she changed her tone being softer and spoke to him nicely I would not use the company letting its staff to discriminate a person who does not speak perfect English.
Very organized, precision and quick work for less money other company charge. They did complete new sewer pipe installation from city property to center of our basement, back up valve, sump pump with well in just one day. Only bad job they did was finishing cement work (peaks and valleys). They should hire some experienced guy for it. I still give them 5 stars.
These guys were awesome. Sump pump and backflow preventer installed within the day and the price was the best.
