Hi, It is the staff that make businesses go up or down.I went to laser it 2 times for laser hair removal by Kelsie. She is so good at it, she made the whole thing go so smooth that I recommend people to see her for laser everytime. I am coming back for her the next time. yesterday I went back again for facial , but this time it was Katherine and I was so very disappointed that I would ask people either don't go to laser it for if that how everybody is trained or she is not interested in doing i

Terrible experience at an unprofessional hair salon! Very immature and Im sure they will give this review a comment trying to play it like they are cool but really they are immature, rude and inconsiderate about how they make others feel. Shame on them and may god take pitty on them! I will pray for them that they will find more of a purpose in life and rise above the hate that they like to present.

Laser It is like my second home!! My hair stylist is wonderful, like family & the manicurists are so good & so special!! Everyone from the girls at the reception desk to all the other staff are professional, friendly & competent!! I love Laser It❤️?

I went to this spa recently and was really disappointed. They double booked my appointment so I was left getting a massage in what looked like a skin treatment room. The room was very cold from the AC and the sun was beaming into it. There was no music at all so the whole atmosphere was crappy. To make it worse I was in a room that was next to the employee lunch room so for an hour I was stuck listening to employees talk about their personal live. Wasn’t even a full body massage.
