my group of friends have been standing waiting to be seated for 10 mins. The one staff came to the front to the register and we said hello, she just looked at us and didnt acknowledge us and walked back to the kitchen.
my husband and i went there after a movie for bite to eat, i order a pasta dish and a garden salad on the side , husband ordered pizza, i got cold pasta raw onions, and a romanin salad which i dont like. i then noticed the walk way to the kitchen was filthy dirty on the floor garbage every where and folded mats , im sure that is a safety hazard , the filth on the floor and counters to the kitchen area had me wonder just how clean is the kitchen where food is being prepared?
New wings here are great , tons of variety of sauces to choose from. Our server was very nice and extremely helpful! We always go here and these new wings are even more of a reason!
I would not come back here, Me and a girlfriend went to eat there before a movie. We went 2 hours before the movie started to have time. We were not even served the food before our movie started. Needless to say we had to take our food to go and brought it to the movies with us. Once there we discovered the food was not even cooked. We were not happy. WOULD NEVER GO BACK... Horrible. And the service sucked as well. How long does it take to ask a table for more drinks while they wait for 2 hours for your kitchen to make a meal!?! NOT TO MENTION VERY, VERY OVER PRICED!!!
The food is decent. VERY over priced for the food you do receive. The service is poor only because they are VERY understaffed! My friends and I frequent the bar area about 5 times a month. The waitress' are forced to watch way more than they are cappable to and thus the poor service. We dont order food there anymore just drinks because we find the food is cold most times because the servers can't bring it out to us in time. We will return because it is the only place that is convenient for us to visit. Maybe this website and all the reviews should be forwarded to the Boston Pizza owner or franchise owner.
I came in recently in the evening during a 'Pasta Tuesday' special that they apparently have every week. The food was not bad, i did like my pasta, but the service was just awful. The male server who helped us only had 2 tables in the dining room, and we waited forever to place our order and i had to go get up and get my own Parmesan and red pepper flakes because he was no where to be found. the manager on that shift saw this, came up to me, i told him i couldn't find the server and of course he was standing at another table all of the sudden and the manager treated me like 'he was there all along'. I thought that was somewhat rude, but i looked past it. Our server for most of the night was preoccupied with the table of 5-6 girls that came in, and seemed to have forgot about us. I couldn't even get a refill of water (something necessary with spicy pasta). At the end he finally gave us our bill, ran away, and then we didnt see him again for 15 more minutes so we just walked up to the desk to pay and he finally came out of the back again. It wasn't busy, so i really don't understand what he was doing back there but on service alone i just never want to go back. maybe on food, but it is somewhat expensive depending on what you order and if you don't get the pasta on the Tuesday, its almost twice as much.
the taco salad was very good. not to spicy and not to bitter. the meat was cooked & the other ingredients were fresh. the chicken wing ( honey & garlic ) my sister said they were "the best chicken wings i have ever had !" she loved them so much she plans on coming back. it was a great dinner and service and i will be coming back for sure.
Food is pretty good, only a bargain on Tuesdays, otherwise rather expensive. Staff is fairly helpful, and the interior is clean and attractive.
