This is the worst fish and chips store I have ever been too. The food is way too greasy and the portions of fish given in the meal wasn't even worth it. Soggy fries and frozen salads. Tartar sauce in cheap packages, some no name junk. Doesn't that make your mouth water....
Oh My God.... frozen fries & undercooked & tasteless. We asked why they changed to frozen fries & were told that the fresh cut fries were inconsistent.. Haven't been here for a number of years & noticed a significant change in portion size as well. Atmosphere was sterile... lacked warmth. Very disappointed.
Inconsistent place. Fish portions seem to be getting smaller and fries were not fresh cut as advertised. We used to come here all the time, but the last 2 visits, we have been disappointed. I only give a second chance once. Won't be back!

I had a huge portion of Halibut- it was breaded lightly and the fish was tender. The fries were good too. The service was very friendly and the order was completed quickly.
Fish was greasy, hamburgers were standard (not homemade). Chips were not fresh cut as advertised nor is this my idea of English style Fish & Chips. We should have checked out this site before we went.

I was a loyal customer for years. Over the past year quality of the food became so bad that one take out dinner was tossed in the garbage after only eating half the meal. The fish was dry, too greasy and the fries were soggy and tasted like old oil. On my next order I did express my concerns but unfortunately had to pay again and was served the same mess. In the garbage again....

The fish here is great!
It is not greasy, very lightly battered and crisp, plus you get a good size piece of fish.
Fries are also great...made just right, not greasy or overcooked.
Food comes fast, hot and the waitresses provide prompt service.

Really disappointed. Staff has all changed since I was there last. Size of fish is smaller and I was left with a funny aftertaste in my mouth. Fries were alright but coleslaw tasted & looked like it had been sitting around for days. My friend had to send her frozen burger back as it was still frozen in the middle. Spoke to "owner" who was a little snotty with us. Service was fast but we felt rushed. We won't return.
