bought a new controller from this store and didnt work. not only that i can not contact the store because the phone is always busy. i called 15 times and not one time did i talk to someone. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Pre ordered a game from this store. Service is so far beyond abysmal I cant describe it without swearing. When I picked it up today they didnt know the game even existed or when it released despite having multiple ads IN STORE many months in advance. Then they couldnt find the game for a good long time. Only when I got home did I discover the pre order bonus I shouldve got with the game had already been invalidated when I got it. Now theyre not answering phone or email either.
