Do not bother calling this company. They do not return calls and display a complete disregard for the customer if you do get to talk to a real person. I have waited two days just to set up a service appointment, after the house builder said I should contact them as they supplied my fireplace originally - apparently they do not know what they supplied........ It would have been less of a waste of time if they had just said they could not do the service.
