    A representative on the phone who claimed to be the 'owner' was excessively rude. I made 3 purchases at the store in excess of $15,000 in a week. I had questions on my last purchase, since it arrived damaged on delivery, a small complimentary item was not included as agreed and there was a mix up over the outdoor covers I had ordered. They have nice product, but this man should not be in a business the involves any form of customer service. I will not purchase from or recommend this store.
