World Café: The Harbourfront Centre is TO’s international kitchen by the water all summer long. Its World Café offers new food vendors to munch from during each festival event taking place at the waterfront. Stop by during Canada Day for Beavertails pastries, tropical smoothies by Sunshine Shakes and spicy cuisine by Thai Angel. Indulge in Middle Eastern foods during Tirgan (August 20 to 23) or sizzle it up during the Hot & Spicy Food Festival from September 4 to 7. There’s something for every tyke’s taste at this comprehensive waterfront centre offering over 50 unique summer camp programs for kids ages three to 17. Your young ones will be busy all summer long with various interactive courses covering arts, sports, sailing, adventure skills and more. In the winter, Harbourfront hosts skating lessons for all ages at the on-site Natrel Rink. Learn to Skate programs are available for kids anywhere from four to 17 years old at beginner and intermediate levels.
