Kelly was great at explaining the features of different machines and letting us try the coffee they produced. We chose the newest digital model - Jura S8 - and could not be happier. We have programmed it to make coffee to our individual tastes and it is produced at the touch of a button. It is easy to clean and the screen indicates when you have to perform various functions and walks you through the process: Clean the milk system; clean the machine; fill water container, etc.
I ordered coffee and supplies online and the choice and price was very good. Delivery to rural Ontario took only 3 days. Very pleased with the service.
dont call them for any kind of repair for your machine the tecnician they have no knowledge and it will mess up your machine and suggest you to buy a new one.
