My family and I are Dr. Caplan's patients since 2010. I've been
to many dentists in Europe and North America but he is definitely the best, not only by fixing my
dental problems but also by curing me of my dentist-phobia. He is nice,fast and always concerned
about the patient comfort and painless treatment. Extra stars for the awesome team.
Be advised that if you go to Dr. Caplan, you will never want to see another dentist !!!
I've been going to Dr. Caplan for about eight years and could not have had a better experience. I love the doctor's gentle manner and willingness to explain everything. I have never felt talked into procedures I didn't need and have a hard time imagining any of the staff at that office advocating such an approach. The front desk staff are gems: knowledgeable and approachable and never keep me waiting long. I value how they manage to keep on schedule without making me feel rushed. Time is always made to discuss cost and timing of procedures, and what's going to work best for me, which I appreciate.
