fantastic service, with a focus on customer service and education! I have been going to Mileage Automotive for about 3 years now, and am their customer for life. they always surpass my expectations, have rides available when dropping off a car for service. once the work is done they are great about explaining what needed to be done, and why. they also make a lot of great suggestions to extend the life of your car.
Leon has done a great job with my vehicles. The work has always been satisfactory and prompt. He accommodates for pick ups and drop offs in town when the car is in for more that just a quick in and out. He is happy to source used parts as well when your budget is tight. He and the guys also keep the broken part and take the time to show you how it broke and the reason replacement is required. The integrity and customer service keep me coming back for my vehicle maintence needs.
I will never go back here.. He had my van for 40 days just for a safety, not only did he do a sad job on my safety but my van was broken was i went to pick it up.. windshield was broken, taillights were smashed, my van went from working and shifting to now not going into reverse. Very sad.. :( Wouldn't recommend them at all.. I tried to make everything right and talk to him about he damages to my van and he just got very abusive with me over the phone and told me i'm on my own.. :( very sad..
This is a false explanation of events. You had your vehicle brought into the shop by your friend. If you cannot afford adequate repairs to your vehicle, you should not be allowing others to bring it to a repair facility and allowing permission for repairs. This seems to have been planned in order to scam free repairs. Mileage Automotive takes great pride in providing honest and quality service to its customers and treated you with the same integrity as they would with any of its customers. There was no intent to provide repairs that were not authorized by yourself. In this case repairs were thoroughly explained prior to their completion, and you were of an understanding and gave authorization for their completion. As said prior, this was a planned to scam to receive repairs in which you did not have the funds for prior to the arrival of your vehicle. Therefore your complaints are unwarranted and provide no grounds of reason or representation of this business

I've been going to this shop now for 3 years, and love the service I receive. Leon runs the business very well and has a great group of guys working under him. He's excellent with loaner cars or dropping you off/picking up if you need a ride. The simple fact that I can get diesel work done here on my Jetta for significantly less than the dealership and have equal quality work stands out to me. Very impressed.
