Metro Grandview Mall

Was at Metro today and was told they would be bringing turkeys out in 20 minutes. Waited over half hour and asked again and they said the guy who was supposed to bring turkeys out wasn’t around. What kind of customer service is that. I’m waiting over half hour and wasting my time. Not happy about my visit at all.

I used to love the produce here, I don't know what happened but the last 2 times I went there the produce was horrible

Horrible service

I was just at Metro this afternoon. I got up to the till and, to begin with, the cashier didn't acknowledge me at all, just started ringing through my things. Then, because there was no bagger and I couldn't bag things fast enough for her, she started pushing everything down the counter so that my food was getting squished together, causing my individual yogurt cups to break out of the packaging, my bananas to get dented and my raspberries to break open. Then she was literally tossing my groceries on top of each other, throwing my pears onto cans of soup, breaking the skin of some of them. I actually had to say, "Hey, watch that please!". No apology, and when she started bagging up the rest of the items, she just shoved random things in the bag until it was overflowing and mushed together. I was so angry by the time I left that I actually turned the car around and went back in to complain to the manager. There was no one at the customer service desk, even though several staff saw that I and two others were waiting. I asked the floral dept. lady to page someone, which she tried to do but after waiting 10 minutes I was late picking up my children from school so I had no choice but to leave. I got home and tried to call the store, let the phone ring 30 times before I finally hung up. So, because I got the store number from Canada 411 I decided to vent here. I hope if you read this you will take it into consideration when you next go grocery shopping...

Grocery store is a grocery store I just can't stand those ladies in the deli that ignore you until you wanna scream. They give u a side look so you know they see you ... You know and even once you say something they give you a sigh 'urg u mean I have to help you' I dunno but when I work I do the job I'm hired for... That is all
