I order a set of Dunlops tires,I took my wheels in for the new tires, . I took the wheels over to my brothers (former motorcycle instructor) to install the wheels on my bike.Once I got home I inspected the front wheel and it was bent (like a potato chip). I took it back to Excalibur and asked how they bent the wheel and how did it get out of their shop, since it was supposed to have been balanced, got the tire back and it is no longer a "potato chip" manager, and he but the whole blame on me
