Nathaniel Oelsner is a graduate of Simon Fraser University where he obtained a B.A. (in political science) and the University of Buckingham in the U.K. where he obtained his bachelor of laws (LL.B.) He was called to the bar in January 2015. Nathaniel practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation. He further provides services relating to real estate transactions, both commercial and residential, along with powers of sale. He also provides corporate services including incorporations, reorganizations, and the purchase and sale of corporations. Finally, he provides services relating to the drafting of both simple and complex wills along with estate administration.
