Very rude behavior and non professional customer services at front counter & telephone protocol. Received voice mail for booking my appointment at 11 am and when I called 11:30 am back to cancel booking I was told to cancel booking 48 hours in advance !!! Non professional approach even to rebook and refused to rebook. Totally unacceptable behavior.
