TERRIBLE Customer Service attitude. Highly recommend you do NOT miss an appointment. Customer admits that she was mistaken in the appointment time. The statements she received from the owner was I set up for a customer ONCE, I dont do it a second time If that is the way she chooses to run her business, then so be it but Ive been to and purchased from other suppliers in London, ON and highly recommend you do also. Store policy is one thing, statement given with an attitude is another.
