I don't recommend this place. Their services are BAD. You have to wait for so long to get started. Staffs don't speak English. There are many other salons in Kitchener/Waterloo region that would offer better prices for better services.
They don't know how to paint nails properly. Even when you tell them to fix/repaint, they don't do it properly. You pay so much for how bad their services are.
I went in to get an acrylic full set put on, and after making me wait 15 minutes for the one nail artist that could do it (out of the 6 women in the salon.) The service was done nicely but my full set was done terribly, with lots of uneven surfaces as well as the shapes of my nails were all different and uneven, and at different lengths. For what I had done it was horribly overpriced and my manicure DID NOT LAST for more than 1 WEEK! they popped off on the sides. Will not be going there again.
Worst pedicure ever! I visited the salon based on the reviews on yelp and I cannot agree with them. My feet feel terrible after this experience. The staff barely speak English, which is quite insulting when you're the last client in the salon. Furthermore, they prefer to grate your heels rather than use a proper pumice stone (the owner seemed offended I asked) and to top it off, want you out of their salon as fast as you arrived. Poor customer service, poor quality of service. I strongly recommend going elsewhere.
Love this salon. Me and my mother in law went in with a Groupon for an express pedi. And it was awesome always going to go back there. The staff is very friendly and attentive, even thow we had a Groupon. Love this place. 5 stars.
