I frequent Pho hong at least once a week as it is near my office, I usually get a medium Pho with flank steak and meatballs, I always request fresh basil with mine and they have always happily provided.
One of the most authentic, tastiest pho in the GTA, it can get busy right around lunch time however, but it is always worth it

The portion size is huge and the whole meal was just over $10!! The flavour is good and the speed of service is great. You just have to be aware that sometimes it gets busy and you won't get your bill unless you go up to the counter for it. All meals come with hot chinese tea.
