For adult swimmers it may not be the best option. It's rather expensive with invoices being given to you for multiple sessions days before the payment due date. They don't take debit or credit... The facility has no lockers, nobody EVER answers the phone in the office no matter what time / day you call, and the warm 92 degree Celsius water makes endurance swimming extremely difficult. I wouldn't recommend lessons here mainly because of the lacking customer service and facility offerings.
