Their furnace service is horrible and questionable. We had them service our oil furnace for 3 years and each time they wanted to complete unnecessary upgrades to the chimney or oil line or furnace or something. They always looked for something to spend money on. Last year they condemned our furnace a month after a $500 furnace repair.
