Murphy Ford

Requested recall work to be performed and they never did what was asked. Falsified work order and admitted to falsifying the odometer reading. Service manager tried to make excuses as to why the recalls I asked to be done weren’t done. The service department are all frauds and are under investigation from ford Canada head office.

Bought my first brand new car here and dealing with Murphy Ford was a great experience. Its a local family owned and operated business and it really shows in their customer service and attention to detail. I highly recommend this dealership.
