Great service...friendly staff...only small complaint was that if you order online in advance you probably shouldn't wait to have it assembled on arrival for pickup.

My son and I are both long time customers of Yarmand. We have found them to be knowledgeable, fair with their pricing and customer friendly. No question of taking our chainsaw anywhere else or buying new ones anywhere else.

Called for parts to a 25 year old Sears tiller, They took the time to cross-reference the model with another, almost identical machine Sent me the manual so I could look up the parts I required. Much appreciated for the manual, as after several moves, I could no longer locate it. They had two of the three items in stock and the third I am still waiting for. I received the two items in the time line they indicated. So far, so good. I would definitely recommend this company.

Located the parts for my old snowblower carburetor on their website. Showed up at the store and the person behind the counter dashed to the warehouse and came back with it. Recommended a few other diagnostics (that I had already checked for) and obviously knew his stuff. Gave me the lower price, as per the website, even though they sell higher in-store than on-line.
