Bought a damaged TV, they will not help to replace, credit or refund. Stay away from this place.
Go to the Brick Ottawa East if you want to be treated like a leper when one of the products they sell you fails. A self-identified "manager" in Customer Service was atrocious to me today even though we have been keeping them apprised of the product issues (a brand new LG dishwasher) that started one month after we bought the machine. The only thing we were asking for was a refund on the extended warranty we bought with them that only starts in November of 2023. I'll never shop there again.
. One if the first thing you leaen in customer service is to be transparent and provide good communication like update. Purchased a Dishwasher and Freezer for which they where happy and friendly this was in late September. I was told it would be on month due to current shortages which I understood Now 5.5 month later and I'm still waiting, I'm the one that as to call to get an update. Why sell me something if you can't get it?

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE unless you are willing to wait 7 months for delivery of your furniture.... also terrible customer service, they promise the world while trying to sell you the stuff and than they have attitude when you make a complaint that it’s taking a year to deliver the goods.... terrible place, unreliable and totally sketchy...
This has to be the worst place for customer service. I purchased a large order and the sales person was excellent After that it all feel apart. My merchandise was delivered and every piece was severally damaged. Tried calling multiple times and no answer. No one every calls back. I had to go in person to deal with this issue. I waited 3 months to get it delivered damaged. I have to wait for my stock to arrive. I waited for my delivery and no show. What a joke this place is.
Horrible service. Price was good. Made an online purchase but had an address change to make. Called several times and either was put on hold while they “got someone to help me” (meaning wait until voicemail kicked in -nobody returned my call) or straight to voicemail. had to go in. We walk up to service counter and are ignored by 4 people for about 3-4 minutes while they chat. Reluctantly served by a lady in fuzzy leopard print slippers. Got our delivery but legs of chairs chipped
I purchased a truck load of furniture for my new home. I dealt with Jennifer, she was absolutely amazing! She ensured all our order arrived on the specified delivery date. We were missing hardware for one of the sofa and that was dealt with immediately. I received the best service a client expects. I will definitely buy there again and recommend anyone to see Jennifer for their purchases. Thanks Jennifer for everything. Very pleased!
Great customer service. I went yesterday to buy a dining set Pradeep was very nice, he is a great seller, very patient to show you everything until you choose what you want. Each time I go there I will ask for him.

Great experience! Bought all my furniture from this location. Service was wonderful, great deals and very happy with everything i bought. Special thanks to the manager Mike who was extremely helpful and patient throughout the buying process! Would defintely recommend this location to all my family and friends!

Purchased a couch on Dec. 26 was given a delivery date of Jan. 12. On the delivery date no couch, called the Brick and was told the couch is on back order until April. No phone call, no e-mail no nothing letting us know. I wasted a whole day waiting for nothing. Will never buy anything from them again. Don’t waste your money at this store.
Love them! They always seem to have exactly what I'm looking for and in that perfect sweet spot price range. Next time I'm looking for something that's the first place I'm going!
Purchased a floor model couch Cyrville Road The Brick only to have it sink in one of the cushions after six months to a year. After checking the couch I found out it had been attempted to be repaired prior to my purchasing it. There was mechanics wire and a small board under the sunken cushion. The couch had no warranty (floor Model) I blame myself for buying this in the first place.The Brick washed their hands on this unit and myself. Next time I will shop for quality...elsewhere.

The Brick had a three hour sale on a Saturday. Upon entering the store the sales people were helpful. Especially Rima who was very friendly quick and efficient. That is where the good service started and ended. After our purchase the customer service plummeted. We spent $4,000 and were flat out ignored when we were trying to address our issue.
