I just picked my Honda Odyssey and I am dissatisfied with the poor quality of services received. In September 2023, I sent my vehicle to have my rear suspension to be fixed. This dealership told me that they cannot fix my vehicle because they cannot source a rear shock for my van. They charged me a diagnostic fee to tell me they cannot fix my vehicle.
