I can't believe that story and will mention it to everyone I know. As well as if I am ever at the mall and see people in line I will mention what happened. I used to love their food but I can honestly say I will never eat there again. That is disguisting and in-human.

I was actually just about to order my lunch from the sizzling wok when an elderly man who just received his order dropped his entire meal as he was attempting to put it on his walker. I spoke up and explained what happened to the staff who said they would do nothing about it. I asked to speak with a manager who would not come and speak to me rather spoke through her staff and they would not replace the meal. I and all of the people who were in line were absolutely disgusted in the service that they give at the Sizzling Wok. We all left the line and proceeded to order our food somewhere else. What kind of customer service are you giving? I have worked in the customer service industry for a number of years and have never seen something so ridiculous in my life. These ignorant people are so worried about their money that they have forgotten about their customer service. I will do everything that I can to let people know that they should not go there, it was absolutely pathetic. And imagine, I didn't even get a chance to try the food.
