Aunt Audrey was a real person. She was the aunt of Charlotte Harrison who owns Aunt Audrey’s Favourites Cakes and Desserts. The bakery could easily have been called Charlotte’s Sweets, but it was graced with its name for good reason. “I got into baking through my Aunt Audrey,” explains Charlotte. “She was a wonderful baker and I learned all the basics from her.”
Aunt Audrey bought Charlotte her first decorating bag and taught her how to artfully put the icing on a cake. “It wasn't the same back then of course,” says Charlotte. “There are techniques today that we hadn’t even heard of when I was a kid!”
Excellent Friendly Professional Service. I have used them twice now first time was for recreating my parents wedding cake from a poor quality black and white picture that was 50 years old yet somehow managed to do it and my parents say it was the same looking as original. Second was a custom wedding cake for my son which was also done to there vision, I can't see using another else for any cakes wedding or other wise
