    excellent facilities and very friendly staff the general membership washroom areas could use a more regular mopping given all of the children that are using it every day

    I had a VIP membe...

    I had a VIP membership from Waterloo and visited this place twice years ago. A staff refused to let me use the VIP changeroom and states that I was not their VIP.But their policy is that I could use any location if I was a VIP. He was actually the janitor, I guess he was covering the front desk for someone briefly. He was in the changeroom afterwards cleaning, walks over and stares me down. I could not believe they had people like this working for the YMCA. Afterwards I quit the Y.
