Ordered batteries for E-Bike. The batteries never charged well and could barely move the bike. Bought a new charger and still same. Emailed them many times with issues. Finally had enough after a year, and they stated the warranty had run out. Amazon has asked them to revisit my problems twice but they outright deny any help only advice. Never buy there again.

Never buy a product from this company, shady business tactics combined with horrible customer service and false advertising that their product is compatible with devices its not.
