Ordered a gas cooktop and it did not fit for our application, wanted to exchange the unit for one that did fit as per TSSA code and they would not exchange. Was told would have to order a new one due to it being a special order. No where on my receipt did it state this was a special order. How can Leons sell code non-compliant appliances to its customers. I find it hard to believe that the appliance company produced just one of these units just for me. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, SHAMEFUL.
