I have been looked after by Downsview travel for over 25 years as I owned a business down the road. The customer service I've recieved over the years specially from Lina & Joanne is second to none. That is why I still use their personal services to this day!
I went to book a ticket with Downsview Travel Agency Ltd, they recommended me a cheap flight, the route is Canada-USA-Asia. I am not yet a citizen of Canada, my current status is permanent resident. Even just for connecting flight, I need a US Visa, the agency assured me that they will take care of my US Visa. In short, I gave my full payment in cash. After one week, i went back to the agency to take the ticket but the agency said that I have to go to US Embassy for Visa and also they asked me to go to the airport to US Embassy to ask if i really do need a US Visa. I went to an agency because i want them to do it for me but i was failed by this agency, Downsview Travel Agency Ltd. I strongly recommend to all of you not to do any transaction with this agency based on my experienced. After they got your money then they will leave you in the middle of nowhere.I ended up getting a new route, not US but Vancouver, i have to grab it even i have to give additonal 700 Canadian Dollars because i really need to go home because of my father who is physically not well. Remember folks! Don't go with Downsview Travel Agency Ltd.
As we have been in business for 40 years, these events are very unlikely, and we do not leave our clients stranded after taking money. Everyone knows that for privacy reasons we are not allowed to do documents on behalf of the clients. We can only suggest what needs to be done.

Downsview travel ensures customer satisfaction
i went to downsview travel to purchase a ticket to philippines. i was scared that travel agencies raise the price on ticket rates but downsview travel assured me that they would give me the price that they pull up for themselves. not only did they help me find a low rate, they also gave me a discount for being a first time customer. i would definately recommend going to downsview travel for purchasing and inquiring on tickets because all of the employees there are honest and respectful to all of their customers.
i always buy my tickets through downsview travel agency because the employees there are very friendly and respectful and they make sure to find me the cheapest rates for vacation packages that fit all my needs. i would definately recommend this agency to first time ticket purchasers as they make sure you have everything you need for your flight including all the insurance needed incase of emergencies.
