I just moved into a new home and the windows wouldn't close properly. I had a couple of companies come out and they all said replacing the windows was my only option. Sam from Canada Glass came the day after i called them, he said he could service the windows, two days later a couple of men in uniforms came by, worked for only a couple of hours, and now the windows work! I like this company, they weren't just looking for the easy money!
If they make a mistake, they don't really go above and beyond to fix. Your job just gets put at the back of the line.
I don't recommend this place. However, I imagine (and hope) they they don't make that many mistakes. So the majority of people may have luck with this company.
We honestly try to assist our customers in every circumstance. Our company, over 45 years, has been built on repeat and referral business. Our customers are valuable to us. Unfortunately some of the manufacturing processes cannot be rushed, so when something needs to be remade, it will take the required time.|
