This restaurant makes a great opportunity to make eating an experience. All of the food is cooked to order and everything is delicious. I am not a fan of seaweed or seafood but there are so many options that I don't feel like I'm missing out. The staff are at times difficult to understand but they try their best and are always available when you need them. This place is a big pricey but for what you get I think it is totally worth it.
I visited this restaurant 8 years ago and I will never go back. My experience was horrible. The food is of such terrible quality that I would not even dream of serving it in my own home. I never serve frozen vegetables as they taste horrible, yet this is what they served us. There was also a mistake with my drink and when the server tried to rectify it, the owner was rude and abrasive to her. I was not impressed. This is not how you treat your staff.
There is an incredible variety of really excellent food. It is cooked to order but, like a buffet, you can eat all you want for a flat fee, which is reasonable. The atmosphere is highly relaxed. You will tend to eat a bit, relax, and then order more, several times.
You need to realize that this restaurant is for relaxation and pleasure. You spend the evening dining and chatting. It's not really appropriate for children. It is all you can eat and the food is brought out as you order. It is very unique and good. If you are uncertain of what things are, the menu explains things pretty well and you can ask for assistance; however sometimes the staff is difficult to understand.
First of all it took 2 hours for us to eat there from start to finish.....and there was only us and 2 other people in the place! They missed bringing us at least 5 of the things we ordered!
We've NEVER had sushi before and had no idea what the things were they were bringing us and they just set it on the table and walked away instead of telling us what it was....so now we don't know what was good or bad! They charged us $16 for a 3 year old who only ate 4 noodles!!! We will NEVER return to this place again!!!
Went for breakfast on saturday.... dirty resturant. Food was terrible, I think the bacon was made the week prior.
It should tell you something that a restaurant that big has no one eatting in it.
