My wife runs a home daycare and the safety of not only our own children but also the chldren in our daycare is well, pardon the pun, paramount! The safety of the kids is the number one concern.
We discoverd a wasps next in our backyard buried deep in the ground, home to what I found out later was many of the flying pests.
I tried the "easy way" out and 2 trips to the hardware store asking advice on how to get rid of wasps from somone who does not know nor care about my problem pointing to the cans of spray on the shelf. After 2 days of spraying the wasps and it having no effect on them I decided to search for a professional. Oh and getting stung 4 times in 2 days also led me to call in the big guns!
I called David after landing on his website and it being 9pm at night on a Thurday I fully expected to get a voicemail and a we'll call you later message. Not only did a human answer the phone, that person was David, the owner of the company who quickly answerd my questions on the phone gave me a rough estimate and came to my house at 9 pm at night!!!
I told David we had a home daycare and my wife and kids could not play in the backyard due to our newest (unwanted guests) David was not only sympathetic to our dilemma he came over at a late hour and got rid of my wasps!
To say i recommend David is an understatement. Don't waste your time at the hardware store with useless sprays and with other companies who (if you can even get a hold of a human) don't take your situation as seriously as David and his team. Just call David in the first place and you will be glad you did.

Longer story:
Discovered a big wasp nest (larger than a basket ball) in the attic on this grey snowy Saturday of April.
Mailed a picture of the nest to a couple of contractors right away.
Dave replied in the next hour, then called me to explain what type of wasp it was and that the nest was empty and that I should remove the nest myself.
You are a good man Dave. Thank you.
On a hot August day the owner of Paramount was at one of my neighbours house off March road north, removing a wasp nest. I went to speak to him and he was very friendly when I approached him. I asked if he could come over and get rid of a ground wasp nest below a shrub in front of the door to our townhouse. Without hesitation he came over. He explained exactly what type of wasps they were (German Yellowjackets) and how they build their nests.
He explained how their product worked and above all he was very safety conscious. He told us exactly what to do while the product took effect. He was very knowledgeable but also had a great sense of humour.

Had ants all over the inside of our home. Found out they were Carpenter ants. Paramount Pest Control came over right away and found the nest.Very fast and friendly service, they explained exactly what had to be done and returned our home to ant free.
